Editing an Order

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited directly. If you would like to add, remove, or change any items, please place a new order and contact the Dankgrab support team to cancel the original order.

Unpaid or unprocessed orders may be automatically cancelled after a period of time.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been processed may be eligible for cancellation.

Please note that once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

  • Orders under $80 CAD are subject to a $10 flat-rate shipping fee.
  • Orders of $80 CAD or more qualify for Free Shipping.

How to Place an Order

  1. Browse our selection of Cannabis Flowers, Pre-Rolls, Edibles, Concentrates, Vapes, CBD Products, and Accessories.
  2. Select your desired product, choose the quantity, and click Add to Cart.
  3. Continue shopping or proceed to your cart to review your order.
  4. In your cart, you can:
    • Update quantities
    • Apply coupon codes
    • Redeem reward points
    • Review shipping costs
  5. Click Proceed to Checkout and complete your shipping information.
  6. Select Interac e-Transfer as your payment method and place your order.
  7. Payment instructions will be displayed on-screen and sent to your email.
  8. Once your payment is received and verified, your order will move into processing and be prepared for shipment.

Yes, GST/HST is already included in all our pricing!

Our system will only move your order to Processing once your E-Transfer has been received and successfully matched to your order number (included in the message section of your E-Transfer).

Once your payment has been confirmed, your order status will automatically be updated to Processing.

Please allow up to 2 hours for your Interac e-Transfer payment to be delivered and synchronized with the Dankgrab payment system.

If your order remains On Hold for more than 12 hours, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • We have not yet received your payment.
  • Your order number was not included in the E-Transfer message.
  • The payment information was entered incorrectly.
  • Your E-Transfer is still pending with your financial institution.

If your payment has been sent but your order status has not changed after 12 hours, please contact the Dankgrab support team and provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • The sender’s name used for the E-Transfer
  • A screenshot of the payment confirmation (if available)

Our team will investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.

If your E-Transfer is still pending or has not been received, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your payment could not be matched to your order because the Order Number was not included in the message section of your E-Transfer.
  • The E-Transfer was sent to an incorrect email address.
  • Your financial institution has flagged the transaction as suspicious and requires additional verification before the transfer can be completed.
  • The security question and answer provided do not match the payment instructions, preventing us from accepting the transfer.

If we are unable to process your payment for any of the reasons listed above, our support team will contact you via email with further instructions.

Please note: If payment is not successfully received within 24 hours of placing your order, the order will be automatically cancelled and cannot be reactivated. A new order will need to be placed.

If your order is cancelled before your E-Transfer has been accepted, you will need to cancel the E-Transfer directly through your online banking.

To avoid delays in accessing your funds, Dankgrab does not cancel pending E-Transfers on behalf of customers. Cancelling the transfer from your bank account is the fastest way to ensure your funds remain available.

If your E-Transfer has already been accepted and you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact the Dankgrab support team for assistance.
